How do I find a specific item?
Proceed to SEARCH in the upper right hand corner of the Home Page. You can then begin your search by product number or product item type: Example: Roses, red.

What products are available on-line?
All Sullivan products can be ordered on-line. All products in subsequent catalogs will also be able to be ordered and viewed on-line as they are produced.

Do you back order product if it is unavailable?
Sullivans will back order product unless otherwise requested.

Do you have a Minimum order?
Sullivans minimum order is $100.

How do I place an order?
You will need an approved account in order to log in for ordering. Proceed to the catalog image on the Home Page. If you already have a Sullivans catalog and know what you want to order, please go straight to Quick Order. If you want to browse our 2008 catalogs, please select the catalog image to link you to the respective catalogs. On various screens, there is an ADD TO CART button for ordering.

Can you tell me the availability of a specific item?
Quantities are updated twice a day at Sullivans for accurate information. If the quantity ordered shows ON HAND status, the product is available for shipping. If the quantity shows a BACK ORDER status, you will be given the estimated time of arrival for the Sioux Falls warehouse. All orders will be confirmed by our Customer Service Department and any further questions you have may be answered at that time.

How is product shipped?
When you place your order, you may select your shipping preference.

Do you accept payment on-line?
No, at this time Sullivan does not accept on-line payment.

How do I pay for my purchase?
If you are an already approved account with an available line of credit, your order will be shipped according to terms. If you do not have existing credit terms, you can apply for terms from our Credit Department or pay by credit card.

What is your credit policy?
If your order is less than $500, we request a pre-payment. If your order exceeds $500 and your business is under current ownership for at least one year, you may apply for credit terms. After you have completed all credit forms and information is reviewed, you will be contacted by our Credit Service Department.

Do you accept on-line payment for current invoices?
No, at this time Sullivans does not accept payment on-line for current invoices. If you have further questions, please call us at 1-800-456-4568.

How do you insure no one steals my credit card information?
After your order is processed, credit card information is encrypted and will be made available only to authorized personnel.

Is the information I give you secure?
Yes, this website has a secured license.

Do you share information with other companies?
Credit information is shared if requested by another vendor for consideration of credit terms.

Do you sell any information?
No, Sullivans will never sell any information on customer accounts.

What browser do I need to shop?
You may use Internet Explorer, Netscape, or Fire fox. If you are ordering from a Mac, you may use Safari.

What will you do to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase?
The quality of Sullivan’s product meets with high standards and every shipment is checked for consistency. However, if you do experience a problem, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-456-4568 or proceed to CONTACT US and e-mail us at customerservice@sullivangift.com.

What is your return policy?
All claims for returns must be filed in 14 days. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-456-4568 or e-mail us at customerservice@sullivangift.com. Sullivans will accept NO returns without prior authorization.

How can I stop or start receiving e-mails?
E-mail information can be stopped or started by contacting our Customer Service Department; however Sullivans does use all e-mail addresses to confirm shipping information.

May I use any of your catalog images?
Permission for use of any images must be granted by the Sullivan Marketing Department. If you use an image for publication, please use the following credit line: Photo Courtesy of Sullivans.
