How do I find a specific item?
Select SEARCH in the upper right hand corner of the web site. Products can be found by product number, keyword, description or color.

What products are available on-line?
The entire Sullivan product line is available on-line.

Do you back order product if it is unavailable?
Sullivans will back order product unless otherwise requested.

Do you have a Minimum order?
Sullivans initial minimum order is $250.   Re-orders are $100.

How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy. Whether shopping by product category or catalog, simply double click on an item and you will be taken to the product detail page. Click on “add to shopping cart” to select the item. When you have completed all of your selections, click on “check out” to be taken to the secure web site checkout where you can select method of payment and shipping method.

How is product shipped?
Sullivans ships via UPS ground or FedEx ground unless other shipping arrangements are requested by the customer.

Do you accept payment on-line?
No, at this time Sullivan does not accept on-line payment.

How do I pay for my purchase?
By check, credit card, or ACH payment. Sullivans accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

What browser do I need to shop?
Sullivans website supports Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari web browsers.

What is your return policy?
All claims for returns must be filed in 14 days. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-456-4568 or e-mail us at customerservice@sullivangift.com. Sullivans will not accept returns without prior authorization.

May I use any of your catalog images?
Permission for use of any images must be granted by the Sullivan Marketing Department. If you use an image for publication, please use the following credit line: “Photo Courtesy of Sullivans.”
