Registration Terms

Welcome to Sullivans and thank you for taking the time to learn more about our company! We are extremely proud of the strong and dedicated retail entrepreneurs who represent us in the marketplace. It is this community of business partners who consistently share and uphold our core values of family, quality products and unmatched customer service.

We look forward to understanding more about your organization and building a mutually successful working relationship.  We know that you are anxious to get started.  In order to help us expedite the approval process, please note the following guidelines as you gather and submit the required account information on the registration form.

DOCUMENTS & VERIFICATION REQUIRED

  • All wholesale accounts doing business with Sullivans must furnish a copy of one of the following  two items*:
    • A valid Business Registration License or
    • A current Tax Resale Certificate

*Requirements may vary by state.

NOTE: Both the business name and address on these documents must be consistent with the business name and address on the Sullivan account.

  • Web-only based businesses will be reviewed to verify that they:
    • Are a fully functional “retail” website with an actual URL address.
    • Have a working “shopping cart” format with a secure check out process.

ORDER MINIMUMS

  • $250.00 Minimum first order
  • $100.00 Minimum reorder

WHO WILL NOT BE APPROVED?

  • Discount or Consignment stores
  • Vendors at local fairs, flea markets and/or trunk shows
  • Kiosks, booths and/or participating vendors within a co-op business
  • Home Party Businesses
  • In general, Sullivans does not approve retail websites:
    • Created through free website providers, such as etsy.com
    • Conducted solely through social media outlets such as Facebook or auction sites such as eBay
    • Websites claiming all merchandise on site is “handmade” but carry no other lines
    • Home party/self-employed business
    • Product sold solely through social media outlets such as Facebook.
    • Conduct flash sales through Website or social media outlets such as Facebook
    • Conduct presells through Website or social media outlets such as Facebook
    • Any website claiming to be a “wholesale provider”

The entire account approval process should take no more than 2-4 business days once all registration requirements are received by Sullivans.
